With our rural location, there is a natural emphasis on outdoor activities, whether it is playing in the well-equipped garden, planting or gardening in the wildlife garden or enjoying one of the many local woodland walks watching the seasons change. Within our broad well-balanced indoor curriculum, we recognise the important role “just playing” has in the early years and education. We encourage children to experiment, exploring their environment for themselves allowing time and providing opportunity for them to practice new skills and perfect the old. We have forged good links with the local primary school, Stisted Academy.
